Cyndi has ten years of experience as an HR Generalist working with HR policy and procedures, employment and staffing services, employee counseling and employee relations, career development and training and performance and conflict management. She has collaborated with clients and employees to maximize workplace performance and job satisfaction through the utilization of industry tools such as Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator, ACUMEN 360-degree feedback systems and the Strong Interest Indicator Inventory.

Cyndi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications Specializing in Business from Ohio University.
