Heather is a benefits, compensation, and HR information systems expert with over 16 years of experience. She assists clients in structuring health and welfare benefits, compensation benchmarking, M&A due diligence, ERISA compliance, and EEO and Affirmative Action compliance. She also develops organizational communication strategies and tools. Our clients depend on Heather’s facility with benefits and affirmative action compliance in order to ensure that they meet and/or exceed local, state and federal requirements.
