Lori Reed has dedicated her career to supporting Human Capital Management initiatives in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. markets. For nearly 20 years, Lori has placed the area’s top talent in Human Resources and Administrative roles. In 2003 she founded Schechter Reed, LLC where she continued to foster those relationships and secure the role of trusted advisor as an independent consultant. As a Certified Myers-Briggs (MBTI) practitioner, clients have turned to Lori for career counseling and leadership development. Lori’s recent experience in the HCM Technology space adds a competency for organizations who are navigating through technology options in search of the most impactful solution for their needs.
Lori graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Marketing.
