Sr. Compensation Consultant
Mr. Ringl has over 30 years of human resources experience at the executive level. He is an expert in the field of global compensation and benefits, as well as HR management, including acquisitions and divestitures. He has designed, implemented and directed compensation and benefits programs for organizations ranging from $300M to over $1.2B. In addition, Mr. Ringl has a strong background in HRIS administration, executive compensation, career mobility, relocation and communication strategies for benefit initiatives. He provides HR consulting services in a variety of industries, including the public sector, engineering and other industries.
Mr. Ringl holds a Bachelor of Science in Personnel Administration and a MA in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. He was an instructor in Compensation and Benefits at the Conrad Hilton School of Business at Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles and is a guest lecturer in Compensation, Benefits and Immigration at other universities in the Los Angeles area.
