Ann joined HR Advisors Group in 2014 and has over 40 years of experience in communication and HR related fields. She brought with her a unique ability to explain complex concepts and provide clear, concise, and user-friendly HR and Benefits communications for our clients. She develops career paths, writes SOPs, creates benefit materials and content, and provides general HR communications.
Committed to providing quality services to our clients, Ann brings a different perspective to our problem solving and solutions that results in a thorough analysis and review of our deliverables. Ann has a BA in Journalism and Communication from Point Park University, Pittsburgh PA.
Early in my career, I learned the importance of teamwork and collaboration while working on campaigns that required labor and management to work together to come to a solution. I also came to understand the importance of creating communication materials or content that helps employees know that their work is valued and is important to their organization’s overall success.
My relationship with my family and working in a family business has heightened my awareness that the home and the workplace should be places where we show respect to others and manage differing points of view. This awareness and my professional experience have created a natural transition to HR.
