Tiffany Aukema
Senior HR Consultant
Joining HR Advisors Group in 2008, Tiffany Aukema has over 30 years of diverse experience in the field of HR. She works with both our public sector and private sector clients on projects to build a strong HR Foundation, including HR assessments, employee engagement, performance management and employee relations. In addition, she develops HR strategic initiatives and provides HR coaching and training and development.
Tiffany has a great ability to walk into sensitive and/or, at times, stormy situations and provide a calming presence and effective solutions for our clients.
She received her BA in American Government from the University of Virginia.
I enjoy trying new things that challenge me. I have run marathons, learned to ski as an adult, and now regularly do hot yoga. I have a bucket list item of climbing a “14er” (a mountain peak of at least 14,000 ft.) in Colorado. And of course, raising two teenage boys keeps me energized! I enjoy consulting because I am always challenged with new projects and am often asked to do something I have never done before. I enjoy helping people find solutions to their challenges and learning from them as we go through the discovery process together. More than 24 years ago I fell into HR, but I stuck with it because I find working with people so interesting.
