Amy Seventko joined HR Advisors Group in 2023. With over 25 years in recruiting, she brings her extensive experience in sourcing and recruitment technology, coupled with strong interviewing and assessment skills to find the right fit for our clients.

Amy began her career in recruitment shortly after graduating from George Mason University when she relocated to Atlanta to become a recruiter for the Centennial Olympic Games in 1996. Since then, she has performed in a variety of roles in multiple areas of talent acquisition, most recently in Executive Search for Professional Services.

Amy has an innate sense about people. Through her easygoing and approachable manner, she puts candidates at ease. By making candidates feel comfortable, Amy gets a stronger understanding of their ability to be a good fit for the role.

In some ways, I view recruiting as matchmaking. Finding the right fit goes beyond requirements and qualifications. Successfully matching a client and candidate is also about strong environmental and cultural fit, compatible working styles, etc. When the pieces fit together, it’s incredibly satisfying.
