Our Team

Debbie Willis is our go-to behind-the-scenes partner, overseeing HR Advisors Group’s financial operations and working closely with the HRA team for onboarding our clients. Debbie mirrors our philosophy to provide effective client service and communications, and ensures all invoices are accurate, thorough and efficient. She received a BS in Biology-Geology from the University of Rochester.

Prior to providing bookkeeping services to small businesses, I was a geologist in the environmental consulting industry. I enjoyed that work a lot, but I found that bookkeeping fit my lifestyle better as my family grew. I’ve been fortunate to be able to work closely with clients I love, while having the flexibility and cherishing the time I’ve had to raise my children. Now that my children are mostly grown, I have more time to enjoy my husband, travelling, and our three cats.
