Our Team

Jessica Cooley circled back to her HR roots when she joined HR Advisors Group in 2022. After working in the HR department of a 1,500+ employee pathology research laboratory, she moved across country and changed careers to commercial real estate research. As she returns to HR, she brings the organizational and operational skills that she has used throughout her career to work on our client projects.

With a can-do attitude and approach, Jessica is fearless in her day-to-day work with our consultants and clients. Supportive and responsive to our clients’ needs, she will jump over mountains to ensure our clients are satisfied with our work products and deliverables. Jessica has a BS in Geography with a minor in Business from the University of Utah.

As a mother, I enjoy working with my two children on philanthropic efforts and activities. I want them to learn how to engage with different people and organizations, finding their strengths and weaknesses along the way. I have found the skills developed while serving in the community help me better serve our clients. I also enjoy attending sporting events and concerts with family and friends.
