Katie Bergmann joined HR Advisors Group in 2019 and is a Certified Professional Coach specializing in Executive and Leadership Development. Serving both the for-profit and non-profit sectors for more than 20 years, she has extensive experience working with senior management from multiple business disciplines, executives, and boards of directors. In addition to executive coaching and leadership development, she develops strategic partnerships, aligns strategy with execution, implements M&A workforce assimilation and integration, provides organizational change management, and facilitates programs on leading with emotional intelligence and cultural change-readiness.

Katie is a passionate advocate for the power of culture and people. With a calm demeanor and keen ability to listen and observe, she can hear not only what our clients are saying, but also what they are not saying. She fosters alignment to the goals and business needs of clients and facilitates programs on leading with emotional intelligence and cultural change-readiness.

Katie has a BS in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, and an MBA from Northern Kentucky University. In addition, she is a Certified Professional Coach from iPEC, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited program, and has the US Chamber of Commerce Institute of Organization Management designation.

My goal in all my work is to ignite positive and productive work environments by leveraging the power of building relationships and people engagement at all levels. So often, we have the best intentions and yet, our impact falls short when success is not clearly defined. If we don’t know where we are going, any road will get us there. I encourage leaders to envision what success looks like and then help them create their roadmap for that journey.

The outdoors and travel are my happy places. I enjoy hiking, golf, scuba diving, cycling, and the adventure of visiting new places and learning new ways!
